Pickled peppers, they seem to be all the rage this summer.  Just last week I had the most amazing dish composed of little pieces of toast, sliced hard boiled eggs, pickled jalapeño peppers, and a light drizzle of olive oil. It was, as Julia Child would say, AMAZEBALLS! But seriously, it was insanely delicious and has made me OBSESSED with pickled peppers. They’re simple to make, you just…who am I kidding I don’t know how to pickle but here’s a recipe! Follow it, and enjoy all the tasty goodness of pickled peppers!  Once you’ve made (or bought, no judgment) your pickled peppers you can add them to anything! Making a nicoise salad?  Why not add some picked peppers?! Add ‘em into my recipe for mashed eggs!  

Tracee - Rapid Fire Questions

And we’re at it again!  When Chescaleigh and I had our FACE OFF, we also played a little game of my own making. The gist of it was that we each had to come up with a list of questions to ask the other person. You couldn’t know the questions ahead of time, and you had to answer them in rapid succession.  It was SOOO much fun!!!  So check out the video, and be sure to stick around for the end of it because we’ve got some rapid fire questions for you!  So leave your answers in the comments.
