It’s OCTOBER people! My birthday month!!! woot woot! and I am taping Black Girls Rock THREE days before my 41st Birthday. So, I thought it was the perfect time to kick my work outÂ regimenÂ into overdrive. Since I’mÂ embarking on this little project for myself, I thought maybe you would like to join me. It will be much easier of I’m not alone. It’s THE OCTOBER CHALLENGE! Â Let’s focus on our fitness for the month of October and push ourselves just a little harder than we normally would. Â If you don’t workout at all, take a walk around the park! If you’re a marathon runner who works out 4 times a week, try for 5!
