It’s OCTOBER people! My birthday month!!! woot woot! and I am taping Black Girls Rock THREE days before my 41st Birthday. So, I thought it was the perfect time to kick my work out regimen into overdrive. Since I’m embarking on this little project for myself, I thought maybe you would like to join me. It will be much easier of I’m not alone. It’s THE OCTOBER CHALLENGE! Let’s focus on our fitness for the month of October and push ourselves just a little harder than we normally would. If you don’t workout at all, take a walk around the park! If you’re a marathon runner who works out 4 times a week, try for 5!
My #OctoberChallenge will be spent working out with the fabulous trainer, Jeanette Jenkins. She’ll be kicking my butt for 3-5 days a week. GAHHH!
