Things That Make the Heart Sing–That Make you wanna do, be, & SHINE!

Tracee pt 2

This time I’m talking about the importance of vulnerability. The importance of talking and sharing, and just being open with yourself and others. Stick around for some book recommendations, my advice on dealing with failure, and a host of other things.  Now let’s get heavy (again)…

TER Q&A

Your questions are so wonderful, insightful and honest. And in my responses I want to give them the care that they deserve, which sometimes means things are gonna get a little HEAVY. Thoughtful questions deserve thoughtful responses.  This time around I’m talking about personal mantras and how to get over those tough times. Thank you for the thought provoking questions!

Tracee YouTube Welcome

I don’t know if you noticed, but I’m having SOOO much fun with YouTube.  Seriously, I’ve become sort of obsessed.  Each week I’ll be releasing a new video, so if you haven’t already: SUBSCRIBE!!!  Let’s be friends and have some fun together!

Tricia Rose - Tracee Ellis Ross

Tricia Rose, for those of you that don’t know, is amazing.  She’s a professor at Brown University, a writer, and an all-around insanely inspiring woman.  This week she joined the always insightful Tavis Smiley to discuss the Zimmerman verdict, and it’s implications about race in America.  As we all continue to find our footing in the wake of the Trayvon Martin case, it’s helpful to hear such thoughtful and reasoned dialogue. Which is why I just had to share this wonderful interview.  Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
