Not sure if you saw my post on FB about the recipe I was sent for the LIFE-CHANGING-BREAD but in short a friend sent me a recipe for this amazing “bread”. I made it and it did, intact, change my life. So, for Holiday gifts I decided I would make mini loafs for some folks. Nothing like a DIY gifts made with LOVE. I found sweet little cardboard bread dishes and string sets at Crate & Barrel and had a ball allowing my inner Martha Stewart to do her thing. Here are some pics from my process and the finished product. Please try this “bread”. It really is delicious and its Gluten Free. I love it toasted with a little butter, with a slice of organic goats milk raw cheddar or with sugar free preserves!
Pickled peppers, they seem to be all the rage this summer. Â Just last week I had the most amazing dish composed ofÂ little pieces of toast, sliced hard boiled eggs, pickled jalapenoÂ peppers, and a light drizzle of olive oil. Â It was, as Julia Child would say, AMAZEBALLS! But seriously, it was insanely delicious and has made me OBSESSED with pickled peppers.Â They’re simple to make, you just…who am I kidding I don’t know how to pickle but here’s a recipe! Follow it, and enjoy all the tasty goodness of pickled peppers! Â Once you’ve made (or bought, noÂ judgment) your pickled peppers you can add them to anything! Making aÂ nicoise salad? Â Why not add some picked peppers?! Add ‘em into my recipe for mashed eggs! Â
